Natural Fiber Boards (Hardboards) are high-density wood fibre boards manufactured using a wet process. The boards are bound solely by the wood's own lignin, so no external glues are used. This makes the hardboards so ecological. Hardboards are characterised by their stability and tough elastic properties. This makes them particularly suitable for all kinds of packaging but also for separating layers. The Natural Fiber Boards are also available with an anti-slip structure on request. This makes them particularly suitable as an interlayer on pallets to ensure that the goods are secured properly.

Low Density Fiber (LDF) boards for Packaging moldings and edge protection

LDF boards are porous wood fibre boards manufactured in a dry process. This process allows for particularly high thicknesses and numerous formats. At the same time, the boards are relatively light and easy to process. They are excellent for shaping and - in thin thicknesses - as edge protection when transporting sensitive products.

Ecological and long-lastig padding material and insulation

STEICOflex is a flexible wood fibre insulation bat with very good dimensional stability and permanently elastic properties. It is ideal for ecological padding requirements and it protects goods that are sensitive to the effects of cold or heat.

Perfect solution for environmentally friendly packaging
Protects against moisture damage because it is particularly vapour-permeable and at the same time sorption-capable
Extra positive feature: Insulation properties are not affected by temporary changes in humidity

STEICO isorel — STEICOstandard nature wood fiber softboard

Edge protection, separating layers and covering made from wood fiber softboards

STEICOstandard nature is a stable woodfiber softboard made using the wet process. The board is bound by the wood's own lignin - without the addition of external adhesives. The panels are available in thicknesses from 8 to 19 mm and are thus ideally suited for a wide range of applications in the packaging sector.
